We acknowledge that all fees through Sureoff App will be non-refundable.

However, if transaction has been completed by you on the application and the money has been debited from your card or net banking but a subscription is not delivered to you, then you can contact us on i.e. sureoffapp@gmail.com. We will be requesting you to provide your mobile number or email id or your name and we shall investigate and come back to you within 7 working Days, we will subscribes to you manually.
