Refund & Cancellation Policy

No Refunds

All purchases made through the SureOff App are final and non-refundable. Once a transaction is successfully completed, we do not offer any refunds, cancellations, or exchanges—regardless of usage, accidental purchases, or any other circumstances.

Subscription & Digital Product Policy

As our services consist of digital content and subscriptions that are instantly accessible upon purchase, refunds will not be issued for any subscription plans, downloadable content, or promotional designs. It is the user’s responsibility to carefully review all features, terms, and subscription details before confirming the purchase.

Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in the following exceptional cases:
  • Duplicate payments due to technical error
  • Incorrect or unrecognized charges on your account
  • Payment successfully completed but subscription not delivered
If you believe you qualify for an exception, please email us at [email protected] within 2 days of the transaction. Be sure to include your:
  • Registered mobile number or email address
  • Transaction reference or payment proof
  • A brief description of the issue
After verification, if eligible, a manual subscription activation will be processed or a refund will be issued. Refunds, if approved, will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
