IMPORTANT: YOUR USE OF THE SUREOFF APP CONSTITUTES AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS AND OUR PRIVACY POLICY.

By using the app and submitting personal information, you acknowledge and agree to our collection, use, transfer, and processing of your data—including on servers located in India, which may be governed by laws that differ from your country’s data protection regulations.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes must be filed within one year and will be handled exclusively in the courts of Rajkot, Gujarat, India.

7. Subscription & Refund Policy

All payments for premium features are non-refundable. If payment is successful but your subscription is not activated, contact us at [email protected] with your registered details. We’ll assist and activate your plan within one business day.

8. Subscription Access

Subscriptions are valid only within the geographical region selected during signup. Access from other regions may be restricted unless explicitly permitted.

9. Content Availability

Content and features may change without prior notice. App performance may vary depending on your internet connection and device. You are responsible for all network and data usage costs.

10. Miscellaneous
